Q: What do I get with my Scapa Fest Weekend Ticket?

A: The purchase of a weekend ticket gives you access to the festival grounds, workshops, classes and talks, evening performances and camping (3 nights in your own tent). Food, beverages and travel are not included with the purchase of a ticket. Please note that once you have purchased your ticket, you will be taken to our online scheduling platform, where you'll be able to register for the workshops, talks and classes you'd like to attend.

Q: What do I get with my Scapa Fest Day Ticket?

A: The purchase of a day ticket gives you access to the festival grounds, workshops, classes and talks, evening performances for that day. Food, beverages, travel and parking are not included with the purchase of a ticket. One-night camping ticket available. Please note that once you have purchased your ticket, you will be taken to our online scheduling platform, where you'll be able to register for the workshops, talks and classes you'd like to attend.

Q: How do I buy a ticket?

A: Click on the BUY TICKETS button on our website www.scapafest.com. You'll be taken to Scapa Fest' Eventbrite page.

STEP 1: Select your ticket(s) on the Scapa Fest' Eventbrite page and click "Order now".

STEP 2: Fill in the registration fields. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Make sure you fill in details for ALL attendees, including children.

STEP 3: You will be prompted to enter a password and will be redirected to Sched.org, our online scheduling platform.

STEP 4: Start adding sessions to build your own schedule. Simply click on the circle next to the session titles to add/remove.

Please note: each attendee needs their tickets under their own unique name and email address in order to be able to create a schedule. For creating a schedule for children who don't have their own email address, simply include them in the parent/guardian own schedule. 

Q: How do I schedule workshops, talks and classes?

A: After purchasing your ticket, you will build your own Scapa schedule in the online scheduler, Sched.org.

You will receive an email from Sched.org. You will be taken to the www.sched.org login page, where you can create your own login. Once signed in, simply click the check box to sign up for a session and add it to your schedule. You'll know a class has been added to your schedule once you see the check mark. 

To view your confirmed sessions, click on "My Sched". 

Q: Will there be tickets available to buy on the day?

A: No, there will be no ticket sales on site. You must purchase a ticket prior to the event.

Q: When should I arrive and leave?

A: Campsites and parking will open starting Friday at 10am and close Monday at 10am. 

Q: How do I reserve a camping spot?

A: Campsites are first-come, first-served.

Q: I have a campervan. Where can I park?

A: Great! We love campers! Please purchase a (free) campervan ticket.

Q: Camping is stated to be not next to parking. How far away is parking from campsites?

A: Cars will be able to park in the parking area, which is just a few minutes walk away from campsites, and clearly signposted.

Q: Are the toilets and sinks portable or in a building?

A: Toilets and washing facilities are portable.

Q: What should I wear? What do I need to bring?

  • Come prepared for changing weather, rain, wind, possibly low temperatures and possibly MIDGES. Waterproofs and clothes you can layer are advisable, along with sunscreen and hat. Please note there are no indoor or covered camping facilities.
  • Tent and sleeping bag.
  • Biodegradable/low Ph soap (available with showers) toiletries and towel.
  • Yoga mat and props. Bring anything that you may need for your practice.
  • Photo ID for proof of age.
  • Reusable water bottle. You can refill on site.
  • Small backpack to carry your belongings. 

Q: Is there food at Scapa Fest?

A: Yes, lots of delicious and local food! We will serve communal breakfast, lunch and dinner on all 3 days, and snacks will be available throughout the event.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: As the event takes place on a working farm, no pets are allowed.

Q: My mobility is reduced. How do I plan?

A: Please get in touch so that we can give advice on parking and camping.
