Scapa Fest is held on the grounds of the stunning Ardkinglas Estate on the shores of Loch Fyne. Ardkinglas is situated just 1 hour drive from Glasgow and 2 hours from Edinburgh and is easily accessible by car, bus, train and even boat! Please bear in mind that parking is limited and we kindly ask you to be considerate to the land and car share or use public transport as much as possible!
There is a DIRECT coach from Glasgow Airport, Glasgow Buchanan Street Bus Station and Glasgow Westend. The stop is Cairndow War Memorial and is a few minutes walk from Scapa Fest! Check the timetable and book your return journey from the Citylink website.
Trains leave from Glasgow Queen Street, Fort William or Oban. You alight at Arrochar & Tarbet station. There is a shuttle mini bus provided by Slanj Bar & Restaurant to take you to Scapa Fest (no set fees for it but donations to cover fuel are welcome!)
From Glasgow Airport, travel west on the M8 motorway. Take the Erskine bridge and then take the A82 north to Tarbet, signposted Crianlarich. Then as above when travelling from the south.

Our car park is located off the A815 road to Dunoon.

On the road, follow the signs for Scapa Fest , then Parking and either Car Parking or Campervan Parking. Everything will be clearly signposted and our Parking Team will be there to welcome you when you arrive.
Please car share as much as possible as space is restricted, and please pack light! The campsite is a 5 min-walk through the estate from the car park.
